FBTSOYPA personal project based on a song by Don Francisco that I work on in my spare time. This is just a quick test to see how YouTube’s compression will look with my upcoming videos. This test is a mix of 720p HD rendered clips and SD test render clips (red border) as well a few stand in lo-res stand in clip, so the quality varies along the timeline especially when viewed in HD. The captions here are just for editing purposes so you may see a few syntax errors. |
Fit The “Wonder Cap”An Animation done for a company who has created a one size fits all cap for PVC vent pipes. The problem they are aiming to solved is that animals and debris gets in to and clogs vent pipes. At the time they created this item nobody had a real solution for the problem. After creating this animation, sales increase by over 500% |
THE CHILDREN’S CENTERWhen the Children’s Center in Bethany Oklahoma was preparing to expand the size of their facility, they came to me to create an animated video to show the mission of the hospital. The building in the video has been made to copy the look of the massive medical complex. The bricks are created with images taken of the building so that the color is correct. the Trees are made from photos of real trees found on location. |
Martin’s Tax Service: Tax ManMartin’s came to me to make a mascot to promote their Electronic Tax Services. I did not only make this animated TV Ad, but Business cards, Posters, Signage and Billboard as well. This mascot has been used now with much success for over 5 years. This was one of the first talking characters that I had created. |
TRUSTED“Independent Insurance Agents” changed their name to “Trusted” this was the simple animation I created to introduce the new logo to the world. |
OASC 2010 YUKONThe Students at Yukon High School in Yukon Oklahoma joined together to create a logo concept for the “2010 OASC State Convention” being held at the school. The theme of the convention was “Cruising The World Of Leadership”. I first created multiple print versions of the logo and once one was agreed upon by the students I created this animated interpretation of that logo for their videos and auditorium. |
HarVee The RV adsFor 2 seasons HarVee The RV was the spokes “person” for Dave’s RV in Claremore Oklahoma. Dave’s ad agent came to me to create a PIXAR “Cars” type of character to sell their RV’s and Trailers. I created “HarVee the RV” and then with the help of camera tracking software placed him in the real world environment of the Dave’s RV Lot. This is a selection of some of the almost 20 ads we created. |
HarVee The RV adOne last HarVee the RV Spot for Dave’s RV. |
Sound LayeringThis is a demonstration of applying sound from a sound effects library to create real-world sound. The video clips (from Digital Juice) had no sound file included. The Durango & Silverton train ride is a trip well worth taking. I took a trip there about 15 years ago but I did not get video near as nice as this. |
24 Hour Unlock24 Hour Unlock Service Ad. (about 2000)
Because I did not have an animated paint program at the time I created this 30 sec Spot, I had to hand “paint” all the color parts of the video. loading each of the over 800 frames into a paint program one by one. I also built the Phone prop out of an old candlestick holder and a few spare parts.

KXOK Enid OKKXOK is a small broadcast TV station in Enid OK. How Small? The entire station is in one rack mount case in a small 2 room office on the top of Enid’s tallest building and was controlled remotely. Anyhow this is an Animation I did as their station ID in trade for some unused video equipment. Why the T-38? Vance AFB is just outside of town and they have a ton of these Sexy little T-38 jet trainers flying all over the place. |
Quick Camera Tracking TestUsing a Kodak Zi8 HD Pocket video camera, I took a quick test shoot in my front yard. Then with just using the default settings in my camera tracking and 3D animation software. I was able to place a root beer brown 57 Chevy in my driveway. Because of the cameras very small form factor, it picks up the sharp shakes of my walking more so than most other cameras would. The tracking program was able to track the movements accurately and the car stays in place. |
